Please note: Our products are crafted with natural gemstones and crystals, which may have slight imperfections. Additionally, due to variations in lighting and monitor settings, the colors of the products you receive may differ slightly from what you see online. These natural variations are not considered defects.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@haloinstyle.com .
Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If your return is due to a product defect or you received the wrong item, please include photos for reference.
We’ll reply with detailed instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund if it meets our return criteria.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding your refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
