We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
We want you to receive your Halo Jewelry purchase ASAP. In turn, we process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every attempt to honor your request. Order cancellation is not guaranteed.
You enter the code on the checkout page, not in the cart. Simply enter your promotional code when prompted during the checkout process. Promotional codes may have some exclusions so please check the terms and conditons for the promotion. Promo codes cannot be applied towards previous orders, therefore we do not offer price adjustments.
Please note: You can only use one promo code at a time.
After the order is shipped, we will send your order tracking number by email, you can track the logistics status according to that.
After Sale Questions
We process all orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey: $6.99, delivery time 6-12 business days.
Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore: $3.99, delivery time 6-10 business days.
Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): $5.99, delivery time 5-15 business days.
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that natural gemstones and crystals may have slight imperfections, and color variations due to lighting or monitor settings are not considered defects.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we inspect the returned item, typically within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
