Orders & Payments

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your favorites, and enjoy a faster checkout next time. Please feel assured that we do NOT share your information within your account with third parties. For more information, please view our Privacy Policy.

We offer secure checkout with major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

You can only cancel/change your order up to 12 hours after the order is placed. Once we have shipped your package, you may simply return the items you unwanted by following our Return Instructions. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care Team.

You enter the code on the checkout page, not in the cart. Simply enter your promotional code when prompted during the checkout process. Promotional codes may have some exclusions so please check the terms and conditons for the promotion. Promo codes cannot be applied towards previous orders, therefore we do not offer price adjustments.

Please note: Promo codes can only be used once and cannot be used in combination.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping services. However, our jewelry comes beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer Standard Shipping methods. For more details, please review our Shipping Policy.

Orders are generally processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information when we have fulfilled your order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you’re having trouble finding this email, please feel free to reach out to service@haloinstyle.com.

Returns & Exchanges

- We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date of the final item in your order.

- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

- Clearance sale items are not eligible for return unless there's a quality issue.

Please email our customer service team at service@haloinstyle.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return. If the item is defective or incorrect, kindly include photos. We’ll reply with detailed return instructions within 1 business day.

Currently, we are unable to offer free returns, so the cost of return shipping will need to be covered by you. However, if the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping.

From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes 12–14 business days to process your return. Once the refund is being processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Product & Care

Our gemstones are high-quality simulated gemstones or crystals, carefully selected for their beauty and durability.

Please note: Each piece is designed to replicate the natural look of gemstones, with slight variations in color and pattern, making every item unique.

- Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and household cleaners.

- Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping.

- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch, away from sunlight and moisture.

- Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.
